Xradia launch innovative 3D X-ray imaging equipment UltraXRM-L200
Xradia’s company recently announced launching a new computer tomography (CT) system-UltraXRM-L200 which based on laboratory use. The system can offer similar synchronized 3-d imaging of 50 nano resolution in laboratory environment, UltraXRM-L200 is the newest member of ultra-high resolution UltraXRM ™ nano series X-ray microscope. This type of microscope adopted the most advanced X-ray optical components that the initial study used for synchronization of research device in order to realize the laboratory environment of first-class resolution and efficiency.
The Xradia company UltraXRM - L200 microscope will integrate a adopting patent X-ray optical components of high throughput laboratory medical X-ray source to a separate CT scanner. The application scale of UltraXRM - L200 is increasing, including advanced materials development, soft tissue and rock life science research of bone, pore research of analysis the feasibility of oil and gas drilling, and used in semiconductor packaging model failure analysis.
